AiMe ("we," "us," or "our") is a content creation platform operated by Naturz Syrup. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at aime-naturzsyrup.com.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Microsoft, we receive your display name and email address. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft Entra ID.
Payment Information: Subscription and payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Content You Create: Text entries, forum posts, gallery uploads, and other content you create on AiMe is stored in our Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous telemetry through Azure Application Insights to monitor platform health and performance. This includes page views, error rates, and response times — not personal browsing history.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain your AiMe account and services
- To process subscription payments through Stripe
- To deliver AI persona interactions (Aria, Nexus, Sage, Gayle, Forum Master)
- To monitor platform health and fix bugs
- To communicate important service updates
3. What We Never Do
- We never train AI models on your content. Your creative work is yours.
- We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We never use third-party tracking. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad networks.
- We never share your content with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. AI Personas
AiMe's AI personas provide content coaching, analytics advice, and community guidance. Conversations with AI personas are processed to generate responses but are not used to train or improve AI models. Your interactions remain private to your account.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure (East US 2 region) including Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to production databases is restricted to the sole developer and platform operator.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Microsoft Entra ID — Authentication (sign-in)
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Azure Application Insights — Anonymous performance telemetry
- GitHub — Source code hosting and deployment
- Cloudflare — DNS management
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
AiMe uses browser local storage to cache preferences and improve performance. We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and content
- Export your content (CSV export available on Pro tier and above)
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Children's Privacy
AiMe is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
10. Data Retention
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated usage data may be retained for platform improvement.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
