Email mike@aime-naturzsyrup.com. Send it from the email address on your AiMe account and say what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot helps. We reply within 2 business days.

Billing, cancelling and refunds

• Change or cancel your plan any time on the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Receipts and payment methods are in Billing too, through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Refunds follow section 9 of the Terms of Service.

Your account and your data

• Change your name, picture and password in Settings.
• Forgot your password? Use Reset password.
• Delete your account in Settings, under Danger Zone. What we keep and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.
• Privacy requests: email us from the address on your account.

Uploads

Every upload shows its status on Feed the Hive, file by file. If a file says it could not be processed, email us the file name.

Reporting a post or a person

On The Honey Patch, use Report on the post. For anything urgent, email us with a link to it.
