AiMe is a creator-first platform designed to help you write, plan, and produce content. By using AiMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Who can use AiMe. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a plan. By signing up you confirm that you are. You may not create an account, buy a plan, or use AiMe on behalf of anyone under 18. If we reasonably believe an account was created for, by, or is mainly used by someone under 18, we may close it immediately.
Image and GIF downloads on the Freemium and Creator plans carry the AiMe mark. Premium and Lifetime members can turn it off.
You own everything you create on AiMe. We do not claim ownership of your drafts, uploads or generated content.
The bot staff (Aria, Sage, Nexus, Gayle and Onya) are AiMe's. What they write for you is yours, subject to section 7. You are responsible for what you ask them for and for what you publish.
Your Animated Persona draws a cartoon of you from your photos. Upload photos of yourself only, never of someone else. A drawing you choose as your picture is shown to other people on The Honey Patch, The Honeycomb and wherever your account appears; every other drawing stays private to you.
You confirm you have the rights needed for any content, photos, audio, video, text or other material you upload to AiMe. You may not impersonate a real person in a way that is misleading, deceptive or fraudulent, or likely to make others believe AI-generated words are that person's real statements.
Satire, parody, commentary, creative fiction, and edgy or adult-themed humor between consenting adults are all permitted, within the limits below, including political and religious commentary. What is not allowed is using AiMe to run targeted persuasion campaigns at specific people or groups, or to pass off AI-made content as a real person's words.
You agree not to use AiMe for:
Joking is allowed. Roasting is allowed. Sarcasm, exaggeration, trash talk, and going too far for the bit are allowed. This is a comedy platform and the Honey Patch is a comedy room — if you are looking for a place where nobody is ever the punchline, this is not it.
Bullying is something narrower and more specific:
The practical test is not whether a line was harsh. It is whether the person on the receiving end is in the joke with you or is the object of it. If you are not sure, ask them — and if they say stop, that is the end of the bit, not the start of a negotiation.
The rules above this section still apply inside a joke. Hate speech targeting a protected class, threats, doxxing, and content involving minors are not roasts and are not covered by this permission, no matter how they are framed.
Allowed: original content you own or have rights to; licensed or attributed third-party material with proper credit; transcripts, social posts, audio, and video in supported formats.
Prohibited: content you do not own or lack rights to use; malware, scripts, or executable files; private data of others without their consent.
AiMe does not verify ownership of what you upload — that responsibility is yours. AiMe does not log in to other platforms or pull your content from them; you export it yourself and choose what to upload here. When you paste a link to an article, AiMe reads that one public page so the tools can react to it; that text is used for your request only and is not added to what the bot staff learn from.
When an upload has other people talking in it, AiMe tries to keep only your voice and leave theirs out. It can get this wrong in either direction.
You give AiMe permission to store, process, transcribe, analyze, transform and display what you upload, only to provide the features you ask for and to run the service. That permission ends when your content is deleted, except where the Privacy Policy says records are kept.
AiMe's AI can be wrong. It can state facts that are not true, get dates, names and numbers wrong, misread an article or a clip, misremember or misquote something you said, put a position in your mouth that you do not hold, or present a guess as if it were certain. Its advice about your content, your audience or your business is a suggestion, not professional advice.
AiMe provides AI tools to assist with writing, planning, and creativity. Content generated by AiMe's AI tools is a draft for your review — AiMe does not guarantee its factual accuracy. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it anywhere, and for making sure what you publish complies with the rules of whatever platform you publish it on and with applicable law (defamation, copyright, disclosure requirements for sponsored or AI-assisted content, and similar).
AiMe does not independently check facts, quotes, identities, sources, or legal, medical, financial or historical claims that the AI produces.
What you post is yours to answer for. When you post, publish or share anything AiMe made for you — a thread, a script, a caption, an image, a cartoon or a mockup — you are publishing it as yourself, not on AiMe's behalf, and you alone are responsible for it and for any claim it causes. By creating an account you agree to this.
AiMe may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy. In the Honey Patch, we would rather correct a bit than end one, so enforcement normally runs in this order:
If you are on the receiving end of something and you want it to stop, say so — in the thread or to us. Under section 5 that request ends the bit, and continuing after it is the clearest version of the line being crossed.
AiMe may update this policy at any time. AiMe provides the tools; you provide the judgment, and you bear responsibility for third-party claims arising from your content.
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time, online, from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. Add-on packs are one-time purchases; their credits do not expire. Lifetime plans are no longer offered; existing Lifetime accounts keep their access.
Refunds. Monthly payments are not refundable; cancel any time and you will not be charged again. On an annual plan, if you ask within 72 hours of your first annual charge, we refund it in full ("first" means the earliest annual purchase linked to you or any of your accounts); after that, annual payments are not refundable and cancelling stops the next yearly renewal. An add-on pack can be refunded within 48 hours of buying it if none of its credits have been used. If we charged you in error, or after you cancelled, we refund that charge. To ask, email mike@aime-naturzsyrup.com from your account's email address. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right the law where you live gives you.
Refund eligibility is decided from account records, purchase history and credit usage. A new account, another person's account, a changed email address or a different payment method does not create a new refund. Any use of credits — a finished, partial, queued or reserved request, a transcription, an image or any AI processing — counts as use. A refunded plan or pack may not be bought again to get another refund window.
AiMe may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we work hard to keep the platform stable and reliable.
We usually release updates at night (US Eastern time) or on Sundays. If a page looks wrong after an update, refresh it; a page left open may also show a "Tap to refresh" note.
AiMe is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, particular results, or the accuracy of AI-generated output. As far as the law allows, AiMe and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, harm to reputation, or data loss arising from your use of the service, or for how you use AI-generated output.
If your content, uploads or use of AiMe causes a claim, complaint, lawsuit, fine or legal expense against AiMe or its owner, you agree to cover the resulting costs, as far as the law allows.
If you believe something on AiMe infringes your copyright, email mike@aime-naturzsyrup.com with: your contact information; the copyrighted work; the material you want removed and where it is; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement that your notice is accurate. We may remove or disable the material while we review it, and we close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
Before filing anything, email mike@aime-naturzsyrup.com and give us 30 days to try to fix it — most problems are solved faster that way. If it cannot be resolved, it will be handled only in the state or federal courts for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on the website, in your account, by email, or a combination, with the date they take effect. Continued use of AiMe after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
