Terms of Service

Welcome to AiMe, a content creation platform operated by Naturz Syrup ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using AiMe at aime-naturzsyrup.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AiMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

To use AiMe, you must sign in with a Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use AiMe.

3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

AiMe offers five subscription tiers:

• Spark (Free) — Limited access, 1 AI persona, 25 messages/month
• Creator ($4.99/month or $47.88/year) — 3 AI personas, 100 messages/month
• Pro ($19.99/month or $191.88/year) — All 5 personas, unlimited messages, CSV export
• Team ($49.99/month or $479.88/year) — Multi-user collaboration features
• Lifetime ($299 one-time) — Permanent Pro-level access

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or Stripe's customer portal.

0% Transaction Fees: AiMe charges zero platform fees on your creative revenue. Stripe's standard payment processing fees apply to subscription charges.

4. Content Ownership

You own everything you create on AiMe. Text entries, forum posts, gallery uploads, and all other content you produce remains your intellectual property. By posting content on AiMe, you grant us a limited license to display that content within the platform as necessary to provide the service (e.g., showing your forum posts to other users).

We will never:

• Claim ownership of your content
• Train AI models on your content
• Sell or license your content to third parties
• Use your content for advertising without your explicit consent

5. AI Personas

AiMe provides AI-powered personas (Aria, Nexus, Sage, Gayle, Forum Master) for content coaching, analytics, strategy, and community guidance. AI responses are generated for informational and creative assistance purposes. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Use AI suggestions at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AiMe to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute AiMe services without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Forum and Community Guidelines

The AiMe forum is a space for creators to connect, share, and grow. Posts must be respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates community standards. XP and engagement metrics are tracked for gamification purposes and may be adjusted to maintain fair community dynamics.

8. Data Export and Portability

Pro tier and above includes CSV export functionality. You may export your content at any time. We believe in zero data lock-in — your data travels with you.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AiMe is hosted on Microsoft Azure and relies on third-party infrastructure. We are not liable for downtime caused by Azure outages, Stripe processing issues, or other third-party service disruptions. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

AiMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturz Syrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Refund Policy

Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. For refund requests within 14 days of a Lifetime purchase, contact us directly.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your content will be retained for 30 days to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
